Get a jumpstart on your holiday shopping by joining Montrose Grace Place at Ten Thousand Villages in Rice Village, where you will find fair trade gifts for all the special people in your life. 15% of the net sales from the shopping event will be donated to Montrose Grace Place!
Ten Thousand Villages is a nonprofit, fair trade organization, benefiting artisans from 38 countries. They market handcrafted items including jewelry, toys, musical instruments, household accessories, and holiday décor from developing countries across the globe.
Montrose Grace Place is an organization that serves homeless youth in the Montrose area of Houston. Founded by members of Grace Lutheran Church in 2009, Montrose Grace Place provides a safe, welcoming environment for vulnerable, homeless youth of all sexualities and gender identities. Every Thursday evening, homeless youth gather with trained volunteers for a meal and activities where they can experience healthy relationships and develop hope for the future.

- Time:You can shop at Ten Thousand Villages all-day, just make sure to indicate that you would like your purchases to benefit Montrose Grace Place or you can join us from 6:00 – 8:00pm for a Fair Trade coffee and dessert tasting with the Montrose Grace Place staff and volunteers.
