LYO Action Teams are an invitation for students to practice their faith in Jesus together while they increase their leadership skills, study scripture and grow as disciples.
- For High School Students who want to increase their circle of friends and put their faith into action—this is about a Christian faith that matters in our world practiced with people your own age and adult mentors.
- For this pilot year we have three LYO Action Teams. Choose one Action Team based on your interest: Global Mission, Day Camp, or Disaster Prep & Recovery.

How to Register:
Step 1: Each person attending the retreat must complete an Action Team Application. Note that parents must sign if participant is under 18.
Step 2: Online registration – The primary adult leader from your congregation will register themselves and then, in turn, register each student using the information collected on their Action Team Application. Payment may be made at the end of the registration process, either by credit card or check.
NOTE: Adults (age 18 and above and out of high school) must also give authorization for a background check. This can be done online as part of the registration process, or by printing and sending in this form.
Step 3: Bring your group’s completed, signed applications and your payment receipt with you to Forest Glen on September 30.
